OLIVER DESIGN<\/strong>\u00a0specialises in naval design and architecture. It was founded by naval engineer Jaime Oliver. After graduating in 1964, Jaime began his career designing large vessels for the historic La Naval shipyard in Sestao (Bizkaia, Spain). He then went on to found his own firm, Yates Revilo, building recreational craft. In the space of almost a decade, the firm completed nearly thirty projects. In 1978, Jaime set up his own technical office, from which he continued to develop innovating projects for shipping companies and yards across the world. In 1990, he created OLIVER DESIGN<\/strong> to promote his overseas business. The firm expanded rapidly in just a few years, diversifying its operations to include not only design, but also interior outfitting and even complete superstructures.
